Realty Go ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website https://realtygo.in and the Realty Go ad management and marketing automation platform. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service and the choices you have associated with that data.

When you use Realty Go, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name, business email address, phone number, and company name when you register or contact us.
  • Google User Data (Google Ads API): When you authorize Realty Go via Google OAuth2, we access Google Ads account data, including customer IDs, campaign names, ad groups, keywords, ad creatives, performance metrics (clicks, impressions, cost, conversions, CPA, ROAS), and budget settings.
  • Usage & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction logs with our platform.

2. How We Use Google API Data

Realty Go accesses and uses Google Ads data strictly to:

  • Display advertising performance dashboards and analytics trendlines.
  • Allow you to create, edit, pause, or optimize your Google Ads campaigns, keywords, and budgets directly.
  • Run automated rule triggers and performance alerts configured by you.

We do NOT use Google Ads API data for serving third-party advertisements or profiling.

3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Realty Go's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing and Transfer

We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personal data or Google Ads account data to any third party. Your Google OAuth tokens and customer credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit. They are never shared with unauthorized external entities.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including HTTPS/TLS encryption and encrypted database storage) to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the advertising services. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at info@realtygo.in.

You can also revoke Realty Go's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Security Permissions.
